The redesign of rdcom.com stems from the need to make it easier to find what you need. A clearer structure, linear navigation paths and a revamped design make products, solutions and resources more accessible. This update focuses on the user experience, with content organised in a more intuitive and consistent way.
A website that guides, not confuses: the new architecture for better orientation
The website is the first point of contact between brands and people. When the structure is unclear, every interaction becomes more complex. The new organisation introduces linear paths and consistent spaces, designed to simplify navigation and reduce friction. It is a change that affects content, design and consultation logic. In this article, we look at what is really changing… and why it matters.
A website is never just a collection of pages: it is a map. If the map is confusing, users will get lost. This led to the decision to rethink the architecture, not to revolutionise it, but to make each path clearer.
An organisation that looks after people
Every website evolves over time, along with the habits of those who visit it and the content it hosts. The need was not to create something new, but to give a more linear structure to what already existed, so that each page would find a clear place within the whole.
The guiding principle was simple: reduce friction and make navigation intuitive. To do this, we analysed the most frequent paths and the areas that required greater consistency.
Five sections, five functions

The organisation stems from a question: how can information be divided up so that new arrivals can find their way around without interruption? The answer lies in the five main sections, each with a specific role:
• Products – available tools and features
• Solutions – concrete usage scenarios
• Resources – technical materials and in-depth content
• Company – institutional information
• Contacts – all the ways to start a direct relationship
The logic is not internal, but based on actual user behaviour. Each area contributes to a path that can be followed linearly or explored freely.
Design that accompanies, not distracts
The visual aspect follows the brand’s new identity: a defined colour palette, legible typography, and people-centred images. The goal is to create an environment where content and graphics coexist without conflict, with a consistent visual rhythm that adapts to both current and future content.

What really changes

The Product pages are more uniform, clarifying the relationship between tools, channels and advanced services. Solutions are organised by usage scenarios, avoiding rigid subdivisions. Resources become a single space for documentation and editorial materials. Some content has been merged, some made more readable, and some repositioned to avoid duplication. The result is a more orderly whole, designed to be navigated continuously.
A space that grows with those who use it
The new website is not a point of arrival, but a solid foundation for future developments. We will continue to observe how it is used and which aspects can be refined. The goal is to maintain an environment that grows alongside the needs of those who consult it, without losing consistency or balance.
