rdcom is an operator authorised by the Authorità per le Garanzie nelle Comunicazioni (AGCOM), which is the Italian Ministry of Economic Development for electronic communications, registered in the Register of Communication Operators (R.O.C) number: 23918. 23918. As members we actively participate in round tables hosted by AGCOM, which focus on the regulation of corporate messaging services.

Mobile Ecosystem Forum

We are members of the Mobile Ecosystem Forum (MEF) and through our membership we play an active role in discussions related to the industry. This includes hosting Italy’s first RCS round table at our headquarters in Verona and contributing to MEF’s A2P RCS Best Practice Guide.


The GSM Association (GSMA) is a trade body that represents the interests of companies within the mobile world on a global basis. After regularly participating in GSMA events including the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, rdcom proudly became an associate member in 2019 in order to complement our internal growth on the international stage.
