Like a Gecko: same soul, new skin

The rebranding of inTouch stems from a process of evolution, not change.

Geckos shed their skin to grow, not to become something else, and we too, in our journey, felt the need to renew ourselves without ceasing to be who we are. That is why we have redesigned the interface and experience of inTouch, our communication platform, making it more fluid and consistent, so that every interaction flows naturally. We have chosen to reshape the way we present ourselves and communicate, so that it more clearly reflects the direction we are taking and the people with whom we share this journey every day.

The rebranding stems from a profound reflection on what evolution means to us: not changing for the sake of it, but continuing to move forward with awareness, bringing order, finding consistency and giving continuity to what already works. It is a natural transition, like that of the Gecko, which does not lose its identity but renews it in order to remain agile and in motion, capable of adapting to changing times without ever straying from what defines it.

The starting point

Every transformation stems from what already exists and continues, and in recent months we have carefully observed how people interact with our tools, how they navigate the paths we have built, and where those small frictions arise that can be smoothed out to make everything run more seamlessly. We have not tried to start over, but to continue in a clearer way, lightening what had built up over time and leaving room for what is really needed, keeping the natural flow of work intact and respecting everyday habits.

It was not a revolution, but a patient work of observation and care, made up of measured choices, constant listening and attention to details that make everyday life simpler and more coherent. Each step was taken with the awareness that continuity, rather than change, is the key to growing a system without distorting it.

What we changed

We reviewed what is used every day: basic interactions, the editor, registration and purchase paths, and much more, with the aim of bringing consistency to what already worked, so that every element – from buttons to icons, from text to layouts – followed a shared and recognisable visual language. The same principle also guided the union between the shop and the website, which now communicate with a common voice, as parts of the same discourse that complement each other.

The language has remained simple, direct and essential: not to reduce, but to leave room for what really matters. Every choice has been made with the desire to lighten and give rhythm, so that technology remains a tool and communication a natural passage, never an obstacle, but a silent link between those who create and those who use.

How we worked

Every decision stemmed from a concrete question: what do those who interact with our tools really need? From there, we gathered observations, compared experiences and combined different skills – design, development, product, communication, support – to create a coherent system capable of adapting over time. It wasn’t a restyling, but a work of harmony, a continuous alignment between form and intention, between what we do every day and what we want to convey through what we build.

We defined a visual language that does not belong to a single team, but to the entire company, a shared language that allows us to maintain consistency even when projects change and people grow with us, because it is in collective continuity that an identity finds strength and durability.

What changes for you

For those who are part of inTouch, visit the website or buy from the shop, the differences may seem minimal, but they lie in what now flows more smoothly, in clearer transitions and lighter movements that lead the experience without interrupting it. Every detail has been designed to reduce distractions and make the journey more linear, so that every action can be performed naturally, without having to think about the means but only the goal.

We have not only added, but also removed, because sometimes subtraction is the most direct way to bring out what matters. The goal is not to surprise, but to make the connection between the creator and the user more transparent, allowing dialogue to take place without obstacles and each gesture to find its own rhythm.

This update is just one step

Like the Gecko that sheds its skin to keep moving, this transition is part of a continuous process. We believe that evolution is not about radical change, but rather small, constant adjustments – often invisible – that allow things to retain their meaning over time and remain alive while changing form.

For us, change is a way to stay true to who we are and to maintain a balance that is renewed step by step, with the same attention, the same measure and the same curiosity that have always accompanied us.
