inTouch’s 2025

The end of the year is always a time for reflection. A moment to look back at what has been done and to think about what lies ahead.

That’s why we’ve decided to bring together in this article the most important updates that have shaped inTouch over the past few months.

Before we begin, thank you for being part of our journey. Whether you joined us recently or have been with us for a long time, your contribution allows us to grow and to offer you an increasingly solid platform.

And now, let’s get started!

The new dashboard

The first major update concerns our dashboard.

The new interface gives you immediate access to the most relevant data and allows you to work in a clearer, more readable, and more dynamic environment.

You’ll now find informative slides, up-to-date news, and KPIs that are easier to read thanks to new charts and real-time indicators.

And this is just the beginning: many features have been updated to make every stage of your communication simpler and more effective.

SMS ADV

The ability to create SMS ADV campaigns is a simple yet powerful tool to reach new recipients. On one hand, it leverages all the advantages of SMS; on the other, it taps into rdcom’s pool of over 15 million users in Italy.

A true win-win! (If you missed this feature, learn more here).

A/B Testing and the new Drag & Drop Editor

From SMS… to email, with A/B Testing.

“What’s the best hook to engage my customers? What’s the time when my emails are opened the most? In other words, which version delivers the best performance?”
A/B Testing answers exactly these questions, allowing you to test subject lines, previews, content, and sending times.
What happens next? You send the variants to a sample audience, analyze the results, and understand what works best for your customers.

We’ve also introduced a new Drag & Drop Editor to make building emails and landing pages even easier: more intuitive blocks, smoother element management, and faster page creation.

Subscription Flow, Pop-ups, and Sign-up Forms

The entire subscription journey is now simpler and fully centralized.

You can manage subscriptions, unsubscribes, and updates from a single area, without jumping between different sections.

In addition, we’ve introduced new tools to help you grow your list organically: pop-ups, displayed at the right moments to encourage sign-ups without interrupting navigation, and Sign-up Forms, always visible and ready to turn a visit into a contact.

Our redesign

Last, but not least, our visual redesign.

Our goal was to create a consistent and intuitive style across the platform, enabling our customers to work in a clearer and more cohesive environment. To achieve this, we introduced new color palettes, new icon sets, and redesigned buttons to help you immediately understand the action you’re about to take.

Field styles, interaction modes, pagination, and table sorting have also been improved to make your work smoother and more seamless.

The geko metaphor: the same, yet different

Just as a gecko sheds its skin to grow, we too have evolved along our journey: adjusting, refining, and rethinking—while always staying true to who we are.

But what does evolution mean to us?
It means changing with awareness and consistency.

It means changing with awareness and consistency. A natural transition, like that of the gecko, which doesn’t lose its identity but renews it—remaining agile and in motion, able to adapt to a changing world without ever straying from what defines it (read more here).

And 2026 will be no different: we will change, we will evolve, and we will keep moving forward. Step by step. Together.
