Safeguard the quality of your mailings over time

The effectiveness of a campaign does not depend solely on its content. The quality of the database, authentication, reputation, frequency and the behaviour of recipients all contribute to the ability to reach the inbox and maintain a sustainable sending programme.

• SPF, DKIM and DMARC configurations defined for the project.

• Reputation management for domains and IP addresses based on the sending profile.

• Validation of email addresses and management of bounce messages and invalid contacts.

• Monitoring of available signals and assistance with their interpretation.

• Guidance on the frequency, segmentation and quality of the database.

Frequently asked questions

What is an email marketing service?

It is a service that enables businesses to create, send and track campaigns, newsletters and other email communications via a platform or by integrating with their own systems.

Can I create newsletters and email campaigns in inTouch?

Yes. inTouch allows you to manage your email channel alongside contacts, audiences, templates, campaigns and statistics. The features available depend on your profile and your active email workflow.

What is the difference between promotional, automated and transactional emails?

Promotional messages support commercial or informational initiatives; automated messages are triggered according to rules or at specific points in the customer journey; transactional messages are linked to a specific action, such as an order or a registration.

Can I integrate email sending into my software?

Yes. The rdcom APIs can connect the service to CRM systems, e-commerce platforms, business management systems and other applications. The endpoints, data, results and methods depend on the intended integration.

Can I add emails to a journey?

Yes, within the limits of the features available in Journey Builder. The configuration can combine email and other channels based on inputs, wait times, conditions and actions confirmed by Product.

What is deliverability?

This refers to a mailing programme’s ability to reach recipients’ inboxes. It depends on authentication, reputation, data quality, frequency, content and user behaviour; it does not automatically guarantee delivery to the inbox.

Which email authentication methods are supported?

SPF, DKIM and DMARC help to authenticate outgoing emails. The configuration, responsibilities and available support must be defined for the project.

Is it possible to validate addresses before sending them?

rdcom offers email validation services. It needs to be confirmed whether this feature is integrated into the inTouch workflow, available for purchase separately, or activated via API.

What statistics can I view?

The available metrics may include delivery, bounce rates, open rates, click-through rates, unsubscribes and campaign results. The definitive list must be aligned with the published version of the product.

Is email marketing compliant with the GDPR?

Compliance depends on the purposes, legal basis, privacy notices, consent, security and retention. rdcom provides the tools and measures included in the service, whilst roles and responsibilities must be defined in the project.
