CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST

rdcom seleziona Customer Support Specialist

rdcom is an international player in multichannel integrated communication solutions and due to growth and expansion of our workforce, is searching for a Customer Support Specialist. This role is based at our headquarters in Verona and is part of the customer support team.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Customer support: assisting customers with information on our products and services, solutions and pertinent details
  • Planning Advertising SMS / DEM Campaigns
  • Management of corporate web platforms
  • Organising work activities through the ticketing system
  • Up and cross selling
  • SMS traffic management (code monitoring/delivery rate and connection status, specific ticket management, test activity, price updates, customer and supplier onboarding, sender registration)
  • Email traffic management

Essential Skills

  • Strong communication skills, in particular in the management of telephone communication also for commercial purposes
  • Ability to provide clear, professional answers relevant to customer requests
  • Excellent knowledge of written and spoken Italian
  • Good/excellent knowledge of written and spoken English

Desired Skills

  • Previous work experience in IT and/or digital customer service
  • Previous experience in SMS/Email marketing
  • Previous Pre and Post Sales business experience

  • Degree or equivalent qualification
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proactive and able to use own initiative
  • Strong analytical skills

The proposed contract will be in line with the professional experience gained and remuneration in line with the candidate’s capabilities.
