Now, let’s see how to create a new list on the inTouch Multichannel Platform! From the menu on the left select the item “Lists” and then click on the “Create list” button on the top right. 

The Platform offers the possibility to create two types of lists

  • Real lists: Total of contacts (the first uploaded list must be this type) 
  • Virtual lists: Sub-groups of the real lists, created based upon specific targets of your choice  

It is possible that the Platform may create Frozen Lists containing email addresses that cannot be used due to failing to pass the Platform checks. In case of doubts please contact our Support Team for assistance.

Consent management 

The field type consent helps to simplify the management of contact consents and compliance with data protection regulations. Consent fields enable to explain how your contact’s personal data are used while providing contacts with the option to give an informed and a specific consent to receive your communications. 

Import Contacts 

After creating the list, you can proceed with uploading the contacts.
